1. Pipe prefabrication

After completing this step, the construction tool is placed on the bracket, and the bracket can be moved freely, mainly for the convenience of further construction of the project. The commonly used HDPE pipe connection methods include butt welding connection, electric welded pipe hoop connecting piece connection, socket type bushing connection with sealing ring, threaded connection method, linear expansion socket tube connection and flange connection method. These connection methods have their own performance characteristics, and their installation methods are different. HDPE pipes cannot be connected to pipe fittings with a soluble binder. 3, pipe installation

Excavation and grooving should strictly control the elevation of the foundation and prohibit over-excavation. Undisturbed soil with a base design elevation of 0.2-0.3 m should be manually cleaned to the design elevation. If local over-excavation or disturbance occurs, the natural grade sandstone or medium and coarse sand with a particle size of 10-15mm can be replaced and compacted. The pipe foundation shall be laid according to the design requirements. The thickness of the foundation wool pad shall be not less than the following: 100mm below the pipe diameter 315 and 150mm below the pipe diameter. The interface part of the pipe foundation shall be reserved for the interface operation. The groove width is about 0.4-0.6 m, the groove depth is about 0.05-0.10 m, and the groove length is about 1.1 times the pipe diameter. After the groove is completed, the groove is filled with sand. The pipe is rubber ring or hot melt connection. When the pipe adopts the rubber ring interface, first check whether the rubber ring is in good condition, confirm the placement position of the rubber ring, and then clean the working surface in the interface range with cotton yarn, and there must be no dirt or other debris.
