PVC-U drainage pipe fittings technical standard


First, product implementation standards


Products should meet the requirements of GB/5836.1-2006 "PWC-U pipe for building drainage" and GB/T5836.2-2006 "hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe fittings".


Second, product technical requirements


1. The raw material for the production of pipe fittings is a mixture of hard polyvinyl chloride (PC-U). The compounding should be based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It should be added to produce the additives necessary to meet the requirements of this part. The additives should be evenly dispersed.


(1) The mass percentage of hard polyvinyl chloride in the production of pipe raw materials should not be lower than 80%;


(2) The mass percentage of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin in pipe fittings should not be lower than 85%;


(3) Recycling waste is not allowed.


2. Pipe fittings are divided into adhesive connection type and elastic sealing ring connection type according to the connection form.


3, appearance requirements


(1) The inner and outer walls of the pipe should be smooth, and no bubbles, cracks and obvious marks, uneven color and discoloration lines should be allowed. Both ends of the pipe shall be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis, the pipe fittings shall be intact without defects, and the gate and overflow shall be repaired and leveled;


(2) Out-of-roundness: the roundness of the pipe should not exceed 0.024d, and the measurement of the roundness should be carried out before the pipe is delivered;


(3) Bending degree: the pipe bending degree should be no more than 0.50%;


(4) Color: generally white, other colors are agreed by the supplier and the buyer.


4, size


(1) The average outer diameter and wall thickness of pipe fittings shall comply with the above-mentioned national standard; the nominal outer diameter of the product shall include 11 specifications of dn32 to dn315: dn32, dn40, dn50, dn75, dn90, dn10, dn125 , dn160, dn200, dn250, dn315.


(2) The pipe is generally 4M or 6M, and the length is not allowed to have a negative deviation. The diameter and length of the pipe fittings and sockets of the pipe fittings shall comply with the above-mentioned national standard;


5, wall thickness: pipe pipe thickness should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5836.1-2006 and GB/T5836.2-2006.


6. Rainwater pipes:


(1) Gravity flow rainwater pipe drainage system Multi-storey building adopts ordinary PVC-U drain pipe, and 11-story and above building rainwater pipe adopts water supply PVC-U pipe and water supply fitting or PVC-U pressurized rainwater drain pipe, the pipe is selected as the nominal The pressure should be greater than the hydrostatic pressure of the building.


(2) Pressure flow Rainwater drainage system adopts PVC-U water supply pipe and water supply fittings, the color is white, and the nominal pressure of the pipe should be greater than the static water pressure generated by the net height of the building.


(3) The rigid PVC rainwater down pipe laid along the external wall shall be resistant to environmental corrosion in addition to the material strength.


(4) The roof rainwater drainage should be equipped with a rainwater bucket, and it should be fixed with the roof load-bearing structure. The joint between the edge and the roof should be tight and not leaking.


(5) The indoor rainwater riser shall be subjected to irrigation or water passing test in accordance with the “Code for the Acceptance of Quality of Building Water Supply and Drainage and Heating Engineering” GB50242.


Third, product quality standards:


1. Appearance: The outer wall of the pipe should be smooth and flat. No bubbles, cracks and obvious cracks, dents, uneven color and discoloration lines are allowed. The pipe fittings shall be intact and the gates and overflows shall be repaired and leveled.


2. The physical and mechanical properties of pipe fittings should meet the following requirements.

3. The product needs to be tested and qualified by the quality inspection department of the production plant, and the corresponding test report is provided before leaving the factory.


(1) Pipe inspection items include: appearance, color, average outer diameter of pipe, length of pipe thickness, out-of-roundness, bending degree, pipe socket size, longitudinal retraction rate, drop weight impact test.


(2) Pipe fitting inspection items include: appearance, color, wall thickness, diameter and length of socket and socket, oven test, drop test.


4. According to GB/T5836.1-2006 and GB/T5836.2-2006 standards, under normal circumstances, the manufacturer will perform at least one type test on PVC-U pipe fittings every two years, as follows:


(1) Pipe type inspection items include: appearance, color, average outer diameter and wall thickness of pipe, length of pipe, out-of-roundness, bending, pipe socket size, density, Vicat softening temperature, longitudinal retraction rate, dichloro Methane immersion test, tensile yield strength, drop weight impact strength.


(2) Pipe fitting type inspection items include: appearance, color, wall thickness, diameter and length of socket and socket, density, Vicat softening temperature, oven test, drop test.


5. System suitability:


(1) Elastomeric seals and joints, pipe and pipe or pipe joints shall be tested for watertightness and airtightness, and in parallel with GB/T5836.1-2006; elastic seals for elastic seals The performance shall comply with the relevant requirements of HG/T3091-2000;


(2) 2) The bonding agent should meet the requirements of QB/T 2568-2002, the sealing ring should meet the requirements of HG/T 3091-2000; the elastic sealing ring connecting type and the pipe complying with GB/T15835.1 After the connection, the system suitability test should be done and it should meet GB/T15832-2006.


6. The water seal height of the drain trap should meet the requirements of the national standard GB50015.


7, product quality warranty: 3 years


 


Fourth, product acceptance criteria:


1. Data requirements


(1) The manufacturer issues a regular inspection report


(2) Periodic test report issued by the national quality inspection agency or third party experiment


(3) Quality certificate for raw materials and related quality


(4) Quality certificate for products and semi-finished products


2. Marking requirements: The pipe shall have at least the following permanent marks, and each pipe shall contain at least one complete mark, and the mark spacing shall not exceed 2M;


(1) Shengdi name and trademark


(2) Product name


(3) Product specifications


(4) The standard number of this part


(5) Date of manufacture


3. Dimensional inspection: On the selected inspection section, the wall thickness is measured at least 6 points along the circumferential direction, and the measured value is calculated as the average of the calculation: the length is not allowed to have a negative deviation.


4. Appearance quality requirements when entering the construction site should meet the following requirements:


(1) There shall be no quality defects affecting structural safety, use functions and interface connections;


(2) The inner and outer walls are smooth, flat, no bubbles, no cracks, no peeling and severe cold spots and obvious marks and depressions.


The color is straight and consistent;


(3) The pipe joints shall not be bent in an opposite direction, and the ports shall be flat;


(4) When the rubber ring is designed as a flexible interface type, the following provisions shall be met:


(4.1) The material shall comply with the relevant regulations;


(4.2) should be supplied by the pipe factory;


(4.3) The appearance should be smooth and flat, and there should be no cracks, damage, air bubbles or heavy skin defects;


(4.4) The joint of each rubber ring shall not exceed 2;


5, the outer packaging requirements: the packaging is intact, the sealing is neat and tidy, and the words and graphics on the packaging are clear.
